How can I get rid of the Yahoo search and home page in Firefox? I've set the home page, which works when I first open FF, but then it reverts to Yahoo again.

I recently uploaded a camera driver, that came with Yahoo as a 'gift'. I saw it was loading Yahoo, but couldn't stop it in time. I hate using Yahoo and it is annoying me! I've set the home page to default to Google on the right hand tool bar. When I open FF, everything looks right, but the next search goes back to Yahoo. I even uninstalled FF, removed all my bookmarks and personal markings (which makes me sad), but Yahoo is still everpresent. What can I do?

Thank you. It turns out the Yahoo has stooped to malware--just as you suspected. They have made 'invisible add-ons' to FF. I was able to delete it by turning off all add-ons and reinstated those that I wished to keep.
