Was using Norton Internet Security 2012. Upgraded to Norton 360 Version 5. Also upgraded Firefox to 8.0. Now the Norton Toolbar doesn't appear in Firefox, and the Norton Identity Safe is not accessible. Symantec instructed me to run LiveUpdate until all updates are applied; I did. The toolbar and Identity Safe are still not available in Firefox 8.0.

See original statement of the problem: I purchased and installed Norton 360 v5 (2012) as a replacement for Norton Internet Security 2012. I'm NOT running either NIS12 or NAV12. It took 4 runs of LiveUpdate for N360 to fully update. Now it works!
