when i try to open firefox i get a message that says Windows has encountered a problem and will notify when there is a solution. Then you can click on the explanation and it says DEP will not allow it to open. Can you tell me how to fix this?

I was able to install and have an icon on my desktop. When i click on it it automatically pops a box up that says: Firefox has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Then it highlights an icon at the bottom to show what the problem is and it is DEP (data execution prevention. I tried a few suggestions there but it didn't work. So it said to see if there is a download version compatable with DEP
