Running Win7 OS. Upgraded Firefox to ver13.0.1, RealPlayer to ver15.0.4.53 I can access the charter.net website and login page. When I fill in the login information and click login button, it goes to website enhanced.charter.net/index.jsp but my email does not come up. This worked before I updated 4-5 days ago and I had been using it for about 18 months or so. Is the Realplayer plugin the problem or is it Firefox?

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

1. Clear Firefox's Cache

orange Firefox button or Tools menu > Options > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Offline Storage : "Clear Now"

2. If needed, delete the site's cookies here

While viewing a page on the site, right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

Tried both suggestions above. 1. Cleared Firefox cache 2. Deleted cookies on the charter.net page, and the page it directed to when I clicked on email button.(enhanced.charter.net/index.jsp) This is the same page address in IE9 that works.

Did not correct the problem.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I've been out-of-pocket for a couple of weeks. Real Player just had an update to 15.0.5.109 I updated mine copy and now my charter email works. So apparently RealPlayer was the problem.
