When I click the Bookmark this page button (the star) on an already existing bookmark everything shows normally except the Remove Bookmark Button, it's just a blank box.

Now this has happened before to me but it fixed itself after awhile, it's been awhile now and i've restarted my comp, firefox, enable and disabled recent add-ons and extensions and nothing is fixing it this time.

Solution eye eponami

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Safe mode worked and I found it was one of my old add-ons that I didn't even use anymore. Thank you!
