how do you remove the Firefox full screen app

I installed the full screen app to watch videos, but now I have no controls to do anything. I would like to delete the "full screen" app. This is installed on a nexus 10 running 4.2.2 jellybean.

Is it an add-on installed into Firefox itself?

On Gingerbread, where we have the old hard menu button, you use:

menu > More > Add-ons

When you tap an add-on, you have the options to Disable or Uninstall.

Can you find that on Jellybean?

Is it this one: Full Screen mobile? In order to get to the menu, you might need this information from that page:

To return to normal mode, press and hold on a web page (or press your device's menu button), and choose "Full screen" again.
