Why don't you perform compatibility tests before new Firefox releases are made?

Each new release of Mozilla Firefox browser software seems to cause a conflict with my Rapport Trusteer security software. This software functions very similar to a VPN, creating a secure tunnel between my PC and my bank. My bank (USAA) provided this software, and I trust it unconditionally. But each new Firefox update wipes out Trusteer's functionality, causing me to revert to previous releases of Firefox in order to maintain this secure banking ability. I know compatibility testing cannot possibly be done on all applications, but common sense seems to dictate that someone at Mozilla would take a closer look at compatibility wiht security applications such as Rapport Trusteer. This isn't the first time this has happened, not the first time I have written you about this incompatibility.

New Firefox releases are available for testing purposes 6 weeks in advance as beta versions, so companies that create extensions for Firefox or otherwise support Firefox have enough time time check for issues with the next release and either contact Mozilla for support or fix it themselves.
Trusteer has a support site that you can contact in case of problems, but you should always make sure to have the latest version of their software.
