Why do you tell me that I need to update a plugin, download the latest plugin, and then block the use of the plugin that you just recommended that I download and install. If there is a problem with the plugin, don't recommend that I install it. I was looking for a solution to the problem of frequent firefox application crashes I'm close to going to another browser.

What plugin is it, by the way?

Regarding crashes, when Firefox crashes, it usually records information about what was happening at that moment. You can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution. Please check the support article "Firefox Crashes" (especially the last section) for steps to get those crash IDs, and then post some of the recent ones here.
