Did you try the Print Screen option on your keyboard?

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox to see if that helps with this issue.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
