We use Thunderbird for all of our devices for our business. About two weeks ago we all started receiving messages that Thunderbird is "Not a IMAP4 mail server" and can not receive any emails or send any emails. Nothing has changed none of the settings or servers has changed.

This started just a few weeks back and all the devices we use including the ones I have at home is not allowing us to receive or send. This is why I think it is a Thunderbird issue.

I think you best copy to clipboard and paste the troubleshooting information Christi ask you for. At least the accounts part of it anyway although the add-ons and crashes can also be helpful.

The fact that the message is referring to an email address as a server indicates that it may well be a setup issue.
