What would cause TB to delete all my emails during a reinstall?
Earlier today I repaired a computer for a client. Some malware had caused some proxy issues so after the pc was completely scrubbed clean (please dont assume its malware, trust me the computer was clean when i started working on TB) I had to reinstall TB due to connection issues. I had logged in to Time Warner Cable email about 10 minutes before the reinstall and all emails were present. Uninstalled TB, deleted all temp files and profiles, reinstalled TB. Added email account, hit get emails and bam, no new emails. Logged into TWC mail and they were all gone. What could have caused this?

Lets see, the default for pop mail is to delete from the server. This has been unchanged since forever.
IIRC TWC only offer pop. Perhaps you need to restore the profile you deleted with the mail in it.
