I am using OSX and every single browser has this functionality as default except for Firefox. It cripples me from going to the beginning or to the end of the line. Can someone help me change these keyboard shortcuts to make them work as intended? I don't care if it invalidates other controls that are assigned to these keys (Cmd + Left/Right Arrow).

Thank you!

May be you can use this extension named PrefBar: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/prefbar/

And see this for more info: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=2791817
