Mozilla Firefox restarted and updated in the middle of my Game betting for CS:GO, It immediately closed my web browser and caused me to lose the skins I won. The skins valued in real money around $418 and now I have none of them. The site didn't allow me to reload the form you needed to fill out to receive the skins to your in-game inventory. I don't know what to do, I contacted them and they said there's no way they can reset the automated system to register just 1 win, Since games of it are played repeatedly. Please help me :/

Did Firefox close, or did it crash? Firefox should not close unless it is told to by the user, or some add-ons.

What was Firefox doing when it stopped? Have you had other trouble?

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

It closed and when it re-opened it had only 2 pages that allowed me to share the new Firefox and the other one explaining I was now up to date.
