The Search Settings page in Firefox is about:preferences#search. Type it in the address bar and press ENTER.

Or just open the menu, click on Options, then click on Search (in the left pane).

Or click on the "magnifying glass" icon in the search bar, then click on Change Search Settings as illustrated in this screenshot:
