Firefox released an update to their browser on Tuesday August 11th, 2015. This new update appears to have caused gameplay or loading issues loading a few of our games. We are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix to provide to you soon. In the meantime, we recommend using another browser such as Internet Explorer 11 or the latest Chrome to continue enjoying playing these games.

Hi, go from 3-bar menu > Options (to open Oprtions tab) > Advanced > Update > check "Never check for updates(not recommended: security risk) > close the Options tab to save it.

Pogo's page: http://news.pogo.com/firefox-update-may-cause-game-loading-issues/

Are the games you play on the list of affected games?

If you set Firefox to check for updates but ask you before installing them, that will give you the option to delay the update. Also, Firefox can't update until you close it, so keep at least one tab open until you're ready. ;-)

Hopefully Pogo will figure out the problem quickly.

Thank you so much. I have been too scared to close page, in fear that it would update. I have played all morning not knowing if the update would take effect because I just changed the setting and did not know since I have not restarted it, that it would not change until next time I open Firefox. So now I will rest more assured that I did the right thing. I can not Thank Firefox enough for having a place where I can have all my worries calmed.

Thank you for your time and answers!
