Firefox crashes immediately.
I open Firefox and immediately get the Mozilla crash reporter: "We're Sorry. Firefox had a problem and crashed. We'll try to restore your tabs and windows when it restarts." I click on the Restart Firefox button and the crash reported window reappears. This happens consistently. I have done a clean reinstall as in http://kb.mozillazine.org/Uninstalling_firefox, but reinstalling produces the same result. Last 5 crash reports are: Crash ID: bp-93beaa4d-660e-481c-82e8-5b6022151015 Crash ID: bp-728d538e-164d-48c1-bf8a-cc0222151015 Crash ID: bp-3b8b84c6-1004-4c38-ba1d-c302f2151015 Crash ID: bp-3a9798ea-af67-426f-bea5-32c952151015 Crash ID: bp-162232b6-3090-4855-9f0e-aa30e2151015
It's a clean install, most recent version.
I'm running Windows7. There was a Windows Update yesterday -- might have had something to do with it.
Please don't ask me do do anything inside Firefox. I can't open it.

hi, thank you for providing some crash ids. looking at these reports, it looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your system's control panel and remove any software labelled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.
