email attachments run slow, even for one page

Anytime I send an email attachment, no matter how small, it takes a long time to go through. If I send more than one page, it wont go through, says it timed out. But if I use my roadrunner email web account, I have no problem. This started a few months ago. Whats going on?

sounds like your anti virus is getting slow in scanning outgoing mail.
