Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Do you mean that when you try to open the site in Firefox, it says that your website is a reported attack site?

That data comes from the Google SafeBrowsing database. You can review the information Google has about the site using this page:
