Hello,

Despite my best attempts I am at a dead end. Today after deleting my browsing history I was curious and tapped clear download history. Over 3.99 Gigs of files I've downloaded since I got the phone disappeared. it appears my RAM is unchanged and the media files (videos/pictures) are totally gone.

In the My Files app I tapped on recent downloads and there are the files. I tap on one and it asks to remove it since the file has been moved, deleted, or renamed. Did firefox delete it? Or did it move it elsewhere? This is incredibly distressing to me since a ton of those files were songs, and videos I cannot just re-acquire in one fell swoop. I'm talking hundreds of files. I really need your help.

Kevin

This is the intended behavior. The files are deleted because there are no default file management apps on Android.
