URGENT-URGENT-URGENT I recently signed up for Thunderbird. It is causing all kinds of problems with my web-site and emails. I can send emails from: admin@gspot-extreme.com however I am unable to receive any emails into: admin@gspot-extreme.com EVEN the emails from FIREFOX and THUNDERBIRD to confirm my account are NOT getting in.

PLEASE help me or close my account so I can receive emails again.....I need this email as it is for a business account so it is an URGENT MATTER!!!! IF this cannot be fixed then I need to close the account 100% as it was working before I registered this email with THUNDERBIRD.....

There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account. It is email client software running on your computer. You installed it, you can uninstall it too.

You post two examples of the sign in procedure for this support forum. This forum is for support questions only and has absolutely nothing to do with your email account with your provider. The other example you post is webmail and that has nothing to do with using an email client like Thunderbird.
