When I'm on a web site and want to send the web page to some one for their review. I click on FILE and when I click on send : the "send page by e-mail" and /or link by e-mail, these two options are not active. Only the option: Shortcut to Desktop is active.

Which browser is that? I don't see the "send page by e-mail" option in either of the two browsers installed. But the "Email link…" in Firefox works just fine; it opens a new message in Thunderbird.

I think you may need to ask in a support forum for that particular browser.
