I have received email. I was sent by single sender who used a list. I want to reply to all of the members in that list and no others. How do I do this? Is it just 'Reply' or is it 'Reply All"? Or something else?

reply all replied to everyone in the to and CC lists of the email.

If the email was sent using a mailing list and all the recipients are not in the To to CC list, then you can not reply to them.

If is understand you correctly, if I use 'Reply All', and I know all the people in the original list BUT I do not know who is in an accompanying CC list, I can never know all those who will receive my Reply All. Who receive my 'Reply' only? Only the sender?

What is there in the message to tell you that a list was used?

As said, you can only "reply" to the addresses shown in the message, who were included in the to: and cc: in the original message sent to you.

At this point, whether or not a list was used in the composition of the original message seems irrelevant.
