I use three IMAP servers for my email, each server corresponds to a different email account, one is a gmail account and the other two are Google accounts from two different universities. For all these accounts, and possibly others, all my mail gets marked as junk. I have no message filters that mark anything as junk. Furthermore, I used JunQuilla to further diagnose the problem. Every incoming email is marked as junk supposedly due to a custom IMAP flag from the IMAP server, according to JunQuilla. I have not found any way to resolve this so far. Could someone please help me address this issue?

I use Thunderbird 45.2.0 on OS X El Capitan (10.11.6).

Thanks, Josh

Over the past day or two, my Google email accounts have stopped marking all my mail as junk. I don't know why it was happening in the first place.

I am using Avira Antivirus.

My Thunderbird has the following add-ons enabled:

Expression Search/Google Mail UI 1.0 Folder Account 6.0 Folder Pane View Switcher 1.11 gContactSync 2.0.11 JunQuilla 1.0.4 Manually sort folders 1.1.1

I also have Lightning 4.7.2, which is disabled.

No plug-ins are enabled.

I sent some emails to myself from my fastmail account. In addition to the three Google-based email accounts I focused on in my original post, I have two email accounts not managed by a Google mail server. When Thunderbird pulls email down from those two servers, they do not get marked as Junk. However, the three Google-managed accounts always get marked as Junk. Thus, I think that somehow Google's IMAP servers are integral to this issue. Does this somehow give anyone an idea as to how to address this issue I'm facing?

Thanks, Josh
