Firefox keeps changing my homepage to this.

I have tried reinstalling Firefox and setting the homepage to 1 website, but everytime I open Firefox, it opens with these 5 tabs above.

That's annoying.
After you change your home page setting (How to set the home page), without exiting out of Firefox, can you test it by launching a new window (Ctrl+n)?
If that works, could you also test by using your desktop or taskbar icon to launch a new window?
All good?
In that case, check out this article for factors that can cause your changes to be lost between Firefox sessions: How to fix preferences that won't save (you can skip the Refresh and dive into the more specific things).

Uninstalling Advanced System Care resolved the issue for me.
