I'm not receiving emails sent from anyone with @Harbor316.org, if they send the email out to more than one email address. Their email addresses are in my address book. The emails they send do not go to my inbox or junk. Thanks!

It sounds like your e-mail service provider is probably blocking these e-mails. The most likely reason being that the IP address the e-mails are being sent from, is on a Black List (DNSBL).
