I have 2 TB email addresses - for now lets call them A and B and my server is at BT Yahoo Mail. Until today everthing worked OK. Today I can email from A to B which sends and receives OK. I can send from B (to A) but I am unable to receive in A - where I get the message "Sending of password did not succeeed. Mail server mail.btinternet.com responded. Server error. My TB settings are: A = Outgoing server SMTP = email address - mail.btinternet.com (Default). Server setting POP / Port 110 default B = Outgoing server - Use default server Server settings IMAP / Port 993 default I have spoken to BT who say this is a TB issue. I am not sure if these are the correct settings. Can anyone help?

Email providers configure their servers. It is not surprising that Yahoo cannot even help with the correct setting to use their junk email service.

Here is what I got when I Googled Yahoo IMAP server settings. https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN4075.html

Here is what they show for POP. https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN4724.html

Not many providers support port 110 since it is an insecure port.
