What sort of malicious idiot would use a Firefox update to remove all the user's add-ons without any permission or warning? Why does Mozzilla hire the sort of incompetent ignorant idiots who would do this? Hundreds of dollars of addons, hundreds of hours of downloading, thousands of megs of data all wasted by a nasty incompetent and the supervisor who allowed him to publish the update. Why wouldn't they put a warning on the update that it was going to sabotage my computer? This was disgusting. I want an apology from Mozilla

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

As to the lost add-ons, Here are your choices; 1) Contact its support and ask if they will update 2) Find a replacement 3) Downgrade to a prior Firefox 4) Do without
