For the older Versions of Quantum just switching those to false worked: browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.aboutHome.enabled or browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.enabled

But in the new Version 60 this doesn't work anymore. I just want the old New Tab page.

The old "New Page" is gone. If you want a similar experience, I can recommend this add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/new-tab-tools/
