I got a bogus 'Tax Refund' email and lazily looked for a way to block the sender before marking it as SPAM. I right-clicked the sender address and the right-click menu offered an option to "Block this domain" - which looked perfect. After clicking that option a message came up saying I'd blocked the domain of my own email account instead of the domain of the spam host. Now, I can't find the block list to remove the email host name.

Sorry. My mistake. I had a site blocker I'd forgotten about and never used.

I'm still using the old firefox because the new one has disabled my favourite download manager - and a few other things - which means it is not best. The "improvements" have made firefox worse.

Hello zemikean,

Neither Firefox (nor Thunderbird, incase you use that email client) block email accounts - I don't know who your email provider is, but you will have to contact them about this .....

May I ask why you are using a very old Firefox version  ?

It's always best to use the latest version, which is now 63.0.3 (but I will spare you the lecture .... )

If you'd care to share those 'few other things' - maybe someone might come up with some perfect solutions for you (but I won't pressure you).
