Chosen solution

Sync is the most common reason you (or someone else using your Firefox?) might have created a Firefox Account, but there are other possible reasons: Access Mozilla Services with a Firefox Account.

If you prefer to log into your Firefox Account manually, especially if you don't need to sync continuously, you can remove the saved login. It's up to you.

That is the password data for the sync service. Please leave it there.
