Firefox decided to disable Adobe Acrobat and Webex add-ons - really, Firefox? How do i enable them?

I wish Firefox will not consider the users as being stupid and will let us decide which add-ons we can use. Now they decided to disable two really great add-ons: Adobe and Webex. How do i enable them? The only option is find a replacement and that doesn't work. Firefox, what on earth made you decide that Webex and Adobe Acrobat are not safe. These are largely used in business. Just out of curiosity.
