Long story short I have 3 personal email accounts. 2 of the 3 emails are tied to a Firefox Account that I am able to sign into. Apparently, I must have created a secondary Firefox account some time ago using the 3rd email address. It has 2FA enabled and I cannot log into it. It so happens that I have now migrated to using that 3rd email address as my primary email address. I do not care about losing any of the sync data that might be there, is there anyway possible to just have the account deleted or the 2FA reset so I can use that email address on my current account?

You may be able to reach out directly to Mozilla and ask that you account be deleted so you can start a new Mozilla account with that email address. Best of luck!

Where is their contact info to reach them directly?

To clarify, following the support links just loops me back to this forum. I don't see any way to actually reach them directly.

I found some email addresses: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/forums/#end-user-support

Hopefully this helps get you on the right track.

You can create a bugzilla.mozilla.org account and file a bug report under the Cloud Services product, Server: Firefox Accounts component (you can use this link). Correction: You can use this link.

You can also look through these article for anything helpful: What if I'm locked out of Two-Step Authentication? I'm having problems with my Firefox Account

I haven't been on here for a while and have been locked out of my account. I've gone round and round for over an hour. Can someone help.

If you are locked out of a Firefox Account that uses 2FA then you can't recover for security reasons and your only option is to create a new Firefox Account using a different email address.
