The 3 dot menu is missing from the address bar, so I can't replace my missing Bookmark star. This only happens in the tab after selecting my Home button.

It appears normally when my computer auto connects from hyperlinks, shortcuts, etc.

Chosen solution

It only appears on url pages, not the homepage or new tab page, unfortunately. I'm not sure if there is a way to make it appear, someone might know.

You would have open a real web page in a tab to see the page action icon and container to restore the star to the location bar if you accidentally removed it via the right-click context menu (Remove from Address Bar).
