Hi

Here's something for the "wish list".

It would be very handy if message filters in Thunderbird could use and/or conditions.

For example, I would like to create a filter that does something like this: email from: news@news.com and (body contains: distribution or body contains: distribute) then move message to: somefolder

Thanks Rob

The filter in the attached picture should work for your example, but in general, if the text strings have no common element, separate filters for each word would be needed.

Unfortunately there aren't any common words among these messages. I'll setup separate filters for each word.

Thanks

Just had an idea... I think the body of these messages all contain a version of distribution or distribute. I'll try using just a common portion of the words ("distribut") and see if that'll work.
