How do i turn off the quick search function and only leave the regular Ctrl+F command?

If my cursror is not in any text box on a page and i press a random letter or number key the quick search function shows up. How can i set it to only show up on the keybind (Ctrl+F) not by a random key press?f

However the location of the setting is now under Settings → General → Browsing.
