Since the last update the button to show the Pocket list disappeared from the "library" dropdown. The pocket button in the address bar still exists and from there one can show the pocket list but this unintendedly saves the current page to pocket. If found no other way the enable a Pocket button in the toolbar.

Is Mozilla deprecating Pocket? Otherwise this change make no sense?!

Chosen solution

Note that the extension merely opens the getpocket.com website in a tab, so you can bookmark this URL and if necessary open this bookmark in a new tab.

The Pocket integration is being reworked and this is only temporary.

Hi

You may wish to try this add-on that should resolve this issue:

Thank you. But I prefer to not install add-ons not explicitly recommended by Mozilla.

And I still don't understand the rationale behind this change. I just can't comprehend somebody really making such a poor, half-baked design decision.
