Maybe it also makes sense to run the Windows System File Checker:

Hi Vineela, you probably already tried turning it off and on again but if not, please do a regular shutdown and restart of Windows in case there is a transient glitch affecting your browsers.
You might have some kind of malware issue. Can you run Malwarebytes or other cleaning tools? We have download links in this support article: Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware.
Hi, Tried restart the laptop , in safe also uninstalled and installed Mozilla browser now. But same error showing. Successfully deleted all profile related data, browser related folders but still same error message with newly installed browser. In safe mode .
Will try to check malware troubleshoot link.
Thank you for suggesting.

Hi, In safe mode services.msc. checked it is stopped.when trying to start it manually.it is showing some message " it is not allowed to start the service " . Then checked in normal mode.it is showing as running status in security and maintenance. Please suggest me . Is it also a reason for which installed apps browsers are not running . Please suggest steps to troubleshoot.

Right-click on the SFC program and select 'Run As Administrator.'
dbghelp.dll = MSDN Disc 4379 = Microsoft Windows Operating System
Hi ,
Thank you so much. Issue resolved by performing DISM check and sfc scannow check. Thank you for providing valuable inputs and suggestions. I felt very bad when no browser is working and struggled from past two days .finally it's resolved. Thank you
