The new Firefox upgrade has removed the edit functions: Cut, Copy, Paste that used to be visible when you clicked on the three-line icon on the top right of the tool bar. How do we edit our posts on the web now?

Chosen solution

I had the same problem, but just found a solution........Open the menu (three-line icon). Scroll down to More Tools. Click on Customize toolbar. Then you have to drag the Edit functions up to your toolbar.

In some cases, it's also handy to use the keyboard shortcuts (these are for Windows):

  • Ctrl+X to cut
  • Ctrl+C to copy
  • Ctrl+V to paste
  • Ctrl+Shift+V to paste as plain text if the editor has problem with the formatting from a regular paste
