Firefox is not really made for Chromebooks and ChromeOS in mind.

However you may have a few options depending on the ChromeOS version and kind of CPU you have.

The desktop Linux version of Firefox from Mozilla.org requires a AMD or Intel CPU like you would find in normal desktop or laptops (running Windows, macOS, Linux) that supports SSE2 as ARM CPU's is not supported for Linux from Mozilla, though there may be third-party builds.
