Do you have them on the other device you were syncing your bookmarks and user credentials to?

no i dont have it on any other device as i just formatted my hdd

The support for Firefox is mainly provided by volunteer contributors (like me).

That said, your data is unfortunately no longer there to be recovered. Firefox Sync is designed to help sync data between copies of Firefox. To prevent an unauthorised third party from intercepting your data, it is erased when you change password.
