Thunderbird 115.12.2 is generating an overlay over the body of an email message blocking the user from clicking on the login link when they move the mouse cursor close to the login button contained in the email body.

Hopefully the attached images adequately demonstrate what is happening.

What is this feature called and how do I disable it please?

Thanks

Chosen solution

This might be a problem in the message itself. I would change view>messagebodyas and set to simple HTML and see if that lets you get by the problem.

Didn't even consider that it might be the message that is generating the overlay rather than Thunderbird. Switching to simple HTML fixes the issue. Thanks!
