Using the file drop down box, how do I send (send to) a link directly to my desktop.

Using FF 3.6.8, Win 7. Using the drop down "file" menu you can locate "send link". When clicked it opens my email program to send the file away. With other browsers you have the option to send the link itself to your desktop - not just to email recipients.
