On trying to get the FireFTP plug in the Firefox Browser gives the following message: "Firefox prevented this site from asking you to install software on your computer"

There seems to be a setting somewhere? preventing Firefox from installing the add-on.

That message is normal when installing Firefox add-ons:

Did you click the Allow button? If you still have problems, see Unable to install add-ons (extensions or themes)
