When I hover the cursor over the movie to be selected, a small balloon is supposed to pop up and give details about the movie. Instead I get a message, "unknown API error."

I have this problem too but I am using Internet Explorer. I don't see that any one has given an answer or solution to this problem. I myself am not too computer smart and really need to get some outside help on this one and it looks like I am not the only one since so far a tolal of 20 other people this week have said they are having the same problem. It has been since last November that I have used Redbox but I never had any problen in the past using it and seeing the information about the movies. The site does look a little dfferent from what I remember seeing last year and I wonder if it has anything to do with Redbox making any recent changes. Is there anyone that can help us.

Redbox says related to browsers not being updated; I don't think that is the case...must be a problem with Redbox..doesn't happen on any other of the numerous sites I visit...

I have had this problem for months and recently complained to RedBox. They advised to update to most recent version (always do), clear cache, cookies, and browsing history. None of which worked, however in going through my cookie settings I had sometime set FireFox to block cookies from RedBox, when I changed this to accept for session, everything now works.
