I have the same problem, but since Firefox 4 told me to update my Flash Player, it might be my flash player that is causing the problem.

I also tried visiting the websites with Safari, and they're not working anymore. This points me in the direction of Adobe more than Mozilla.

I am on OS X and the lastest combo update 10.6.7 arrived at about the same time, might also be something OS X broke, like my Canon printer drivers...

I beleive this is a Flash Player 10.2.x problem and not a Firefox problem.

Go to http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html and download Adobe's Flash uninstaller. Close Firefox before you run it.

Then go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to install the latest version which is 10.2.159.1 which also patches a recently discovered Zero Day exploit. See Adobe releases security update for Flash Player
