Firefox 3.6.* is the last that OSX 10.4.x could support.

Firefox 3.6.16 can be found at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html

www.mozilla.com ->All Systems & Languages -> Firefox 3.6.16 on right

Firefox 4 requires at least OS X 10.5 and an Intel Mac.
