when I sign on to yahoo mail I accidentally typed in my password right after the email address. How do I delete it. Or change the settings so it doesn't save my user names for anyone

If you only have saved the user name then you can highlight an entry in the drop down list and press the Delete key to remove it as explained in the article in the first link.
