I need to use a web browser compatible with Nielsen 1.0.0 add-on. New version 5.0 is not compatible so I need to revert to program as it was before the upgrade took place.

Could not find instructions in your online Help. Thank you.

Until all your add-ons are updated for Firefox 5, you can use the Add-on Compatibility Reporter to re-enable your disabled add-ons and report any problems you find with them.

Downgrading to version 4 is not recommended because several security bugs were fixed in version 5. But if you choose to downgrade anyway, you can download the Firefox 4 installer here: http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/4.0.1/win32/en-US/
