I am on a web page and there is an option to open or analyse another available page. I press the button or highlighted option. It then shows me it is transferring data and forwards me to a new tab but when it says done the new page has nothing on it. There is no option pop up allowing me to enable scripts so I end up with nothing. An example is on orange.fr. It asks if I want to see my bill (facture) I press (consulter ma facture) It appears to be loading a new page and is transferring info but the new page opens and it is empty. There is no option to allow scripts.

Chosen solution

Is that a PDF (Adobe Reader) file or a normal web page?

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Thank you Cor-el. Very obvious but very helpful as it made me disable everything. The problem was the add on PDF Download 3.0.0.2. Once it was disabled all the actions I wanted to do were successful. I have no idea why but I do not care as problem solved.
