Download the installer -> http://aihdownload.adobe.com/bin/install_flashplayer11x32_mssd_aih.exe

Close Firefox

Run the Flash Player installer

Since you can't close Firefox properly if there is no Firefox window...

You will have to terminate Firefox from the "Processes" tab of the Windows Task Manager not the "Applications" tab. Then select firefox.exc and use the right-click context menu to "End Process" or use the "End Process" button on the selected process.
